Terms of use

Anyone may create a free Starter account with an email address and password. Operator (Pro) access is granted manually by Generator X. You are responsible for keeping your email and password confidential, and for all activity under your account.

One account is for one person. Sharing credentials, reselling access or distributing scan output as a signal service is not permitted.

Generator X analyses chart screenshots you upload, produces pre-release macro scenarios, and calculates position size from inputs you supply. It does not execute trades, connect to your broker account, or move funds.

Availability is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may change, and third-party data sources can be delayed or unavailable.

Paid plans unlock higher scan allowances and the macro release engine. Plan entitlements are enforced on our servers; changing values in your browser does not grant access.

Where a payment provider is connected, subscriptions renew until cancelled and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Involuntary charges are handled through the payment provider's own dispute process.

Do not attempt to bypass authentication or plan gating, scrape the service, upload unlawful content, or automate requests beyond normal personal use. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Generator X is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
