Privacy policy

Account data: your email address, a hashed password held by our authentication provider, and the trader handle you choose.

Scan data: the chart images you upload and the analysis produced from them, linked to your account so your archive is private to you.

Subscription data: your plan, status and renewal date. Card details are never seen or stored by Generator X — they stay with the payment provider.

Product analytics: coarse events such as sign-in, scan started, scan completed, scan failed and subscription changes, so we can find broken flows.

We do not store broker credentials, MT5 passwords or trading account logins, and the app never asks you to submit them to our servers.

We do not store raw IP addresses for rate limiting — only a one-way hash used to slow down brute-force attempts.

Database row-level security restricts every scan, subscription and analytics row to its owner. Administrative access is limited to server-side roles and is used only for support and abuse handling.

Uploaded chart images live in a private storage bucket and are served through short-lived signed links.

You can delete individual scans or clear your whole archive from the history screen at any time.

To delete your account and all associated data, contact us from your account email and we will remove it.

We use an authentication and database provider, an AI provider to analyse the chart image you submit, market and calendar data sources for the macro engine, and a payment provider for subscriptions. Each receives only what its function requires.
